CPS VETS, Inc. was formed by combining the resources of Complete Professional Services, LLC (CPS) with the management and technical experience of the CPS VETS President and principal owner, Mr. Jim Moody.
Mr. Jim Moody, the President, CEO and principal owner (51%) of CPS VETS, Inc., is a highly decorated Service Disabled Veteran (SDV) and experienced business owner and corporate executive. Since retiring as a U.S. Navy officer in April 1989, Mr. Moody has served in leadership positions in numerous successful small and large businesses. In addition to his role with CPS VETS, Inc., Mr. Moody also serves as a principal owner and Chief Operating Officer of Veterans Enterprise Technology Solutions, Inc.
Veterans Enterprise Technology Solutions, Inc. (VETS, Inc.) ( www.vets-inc.com) is an award winning, customer-focused, service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) that has been in existence for three years. VETS is currently providing a wide range program administrative, program management and information technology services to the Federal Government and is a prime and subcontractor on over 23 major contracts dispersed throughout the United States, such as the Chief Information Officer Solutions and Partners (CIOSP) contract supporting NIH. In February 2007 VETS was awarded the GSA VETS GWAC—the largest ($5 billion over 10 years) SDVOSB contract in the history of the United States and to date, VETS, Inc.has been awarded over $2 million of Task Orders on this contract. In addition, VETS was approved on a Department of Defense Mentor—Protégé (M-P) Agreement with Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC). On both these programs, VETS business practices, past performance, current capabilities and its potential to continue to grow was evaluated as “exceptional”.
